Finally...

We are settling in after a pretty good last weekend. We played two pretty weird and awesome shows at Reykjavik Art Gallery, at the Reykajvik Dance Festival. Up on a huge balcony in a huge ass venue. Top quality sound system and I reckon it was the best stage sound we've ever had, good and fun sound tech, Markús. Feel kind of bad for the poor old lady who almost had a heart attack and nearly fell out of her chair when we started playing on Sunday. Now we know that we can literally blow people out of their seat. We've gotten some pretty good live recordings from the gig and will be putting some online for you to hear. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank the 'Muscle & Hate Crew' for a good time as well as an awesome and memorable experience

Finally... a release concert is set.

Yep we've been trying since the album came out to find a good date for a release show but haven't been able to until now, only 5 months later... hey! better late then never.
So it will take place at Faktory downtown Reykjavík at the 2nd of October. We are still working on the support so more on that later.

More live shows coming up.

So in case you wanted to know, Momentum will be doing some "regular"(no dancing this time, we promise) live shows.

September 19th we will be playing alongside Blacklisted(US) as well as local spastics Muck. An all ages show at the legendary Nordurkjallari at MH college. This will be the first and probably only all ages show in 2010 as well as being the first in a long long time.

October 2nd  - Release concert at Faktory

October 13-17(day not confirmed) We will be playing the Icelandic Airwaves festival. So those of you coming to the festival, be on the lookout for some nice momentum.
